These terms apply when you use liftchin.com and buy or use a LiftChin plan. By using the site or buying a plan you agree to them, so please read them. They sit alongside our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old to use LiftChin or buy a plan. By buying a plan you also confirm that the details you give us are true, and that you are not on a government sanctions list that would forbid us from selling to you.
When you buy a plan you get an account. Please give us correct details and keep your e-mail address up to date, because that is where we send receipts and anything important about your plan. Your account is for you alone: keep your password to yourself, do not share your login or give anyone else access to the member area, and tell us straight away at contact@liftchin.com if you think someone else has used it.
A LiftChin plan gives you access to our online member area for as long as your plan is active. The programme runs for 12 weeks (84 sessions). Each session is about ten minutes of filmed moves that you follow along with, and a new session unlocks each day after you finish the one before. The quiz and the plan page describe the programme; they do not create a medical assessment or a treatment plan.
We may improve, change or replace individual exercises, films or features over time, as long as the programme stays substantially the same as what you bought.
The plans, their introductory prices and their renewal prices are shown on the plan page and again at checkout before you pay. Prices are shown and charged in your local currency where available (for example US dollars, pounds sterling, Australian dollars or euros), and the amount and currency shown at checkout are exactly what you are charged. Prices include any VAT or GST that applies; where sales tax is charged instead, checkout shows it before you pay.
Plans renew automatically. Every plan starts with a discounted introductory period and then continues as a subscription at its full renewal price, until you cancel:
Each renewal is charged at the start of the new period. Checkout tells you the renewal price and how often it is charged before you confirm. By buying a plan you authorise us, through our payment provider, to charge your payment method the renewal price at the start of each period until you cancel. After you buy, we e-mail you a confirmation with your plan, its renewal price and how to cancel.
If we change a renewal price, we will tell you by e-mail at least 30 days before it applies to you, so you can cancel first if you prefer.
Where the law requires it, we also e-mail you a reminder before a renewal, with the price and how to cancel.
If a payment fails, we may try it again over the following days, and we may pause your access until it goes through.
If you think we have charged you wrongly, please e-mail us first: we can usually put it right faster than your bank can. This does not limit any right you have to dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer.
You can cancel at any time by e-mailing contact@liftchin.com from the address on your account. Cancelling stops all future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. We confirm every cancellation by e-mail.
Please e-mail us at least 24 hours before your next renewal date, so we can process it in time. If your e-mail reaches us later and that renewal is charged anyway, we will refund it.
Simply stopping using LiftChin, closing the page or clearing your browser data does not cancel your plan.
If LiftChin is not for you, e-mail us within 15 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full, with no need to give a reason. The refund goes back to the card or payment method you used, normally within 14 days.
This guarantee is in addition to your legal rights. If you live in the EU or the UK, you also have a legal right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days; the 15-day guarantee already covers that period in full. Customers everywhere else, including the United States and Australia, get the same 15-day guarantee.
To use the guarantee or your right to withdraw, just tell us clearly that you want to cancel and get your money back: an e-mail to contact@liftchin.com is enough, or a letter to the address in section 8. You do not have to use any particular wording, but if you like you can use this form:

All films, text, images, designs and the LiftChin name belong to us or to those who licensed them to us. Your plan gives you a personal, non-transferable right to watch and use them for yourself, for your own non-commercial use. Please do not copy, download, record, share, resell or publish them.
LiftChin is provided by Proudof, MB, a small partnership (MB) registered in Lithuania under company code 308158749, registered address Giedraičių g. 39-R53, LT-09302 Vilnius, Lithuania (“LiftChin”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at contact@liftchin.com.
When you use LiftChin, you agree not to:
We may suspend or close an account that does any of these things (see section 18).
If you need help, e-mail contact@liftchin.com. We aim to answer within two working days. If you send us ideas or suggestions, we are glad to have them and may use them to improve LiftChin without owing you anything for them.
If you send us a review, a story or a photo of your progress, we will only publish it with your clear permission, and you can ask us to take it down at any time.
Payments are handled by our payment provider under its own terms, and the site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for other companies’ services or websites, or for their content.
How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. Most of what you enter in the quiz and the member area stays in your own browser.
The member area and its films are digital content, and the law requires them to be as described and to work as they should. If something does not, tell us and we will fix it within a reasonable time. If we cannot, you may be entitled to a price reduction or a refund. Nothing in these terms takes those rights away.
Customers in Australia. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract with us and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have problems with the service rectified in a reasonable time and, if this is not done, to cancel your contract and obtain a refund for the unused portion of the contract. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those guarantees.
Other than the promises we make in these terms and the rights the law gives you that cannot be taken away, LiftChin is offered “as is” and “as available”. As far as the law allows, we give no other warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not promise that the site will always be available, error-free or free of harmful components, or that you will get any particular result from the programme.
Some states and countries do not allow some of these exclusions, so they may not all apply to you. This section does not reduce the rights of consumers in the EU, the UK or Australia described in section 13.
We will provide LiftChin with reasonable care and skill. The site may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control; we will try to keep that short.
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, for losses that were not foreseeable, for lost profits, data or goodwill, for business losses, or for losses caused by you not following section 3. If we are responsible for a loss, our total liability to you for all claims together is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose and 50 euros (or the equivalent in the currency you paid in).
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that the law does not allow us to limit, and nothing in them affects your rights as a consumer, including the Australian Consumer Law guarantees in section 13. Some states and countries do not allow the exclusions above, so they may not all apply to you.
If you break these terms, misuse LiftChin or infringe someone else’s rights, and someone else brings a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover the reasonable costs we incur in dealing with that claim, including reasonable legal fees, and to help us with it where reasonable. We will tell you about the claim promptly and may choose to handle its defence ourselves.
This section does not apply to consumers in the EU, the UK or Australia, and elsewhere it applies only as far as the law allows.
We respect other people’s intellectual property. If you believe something on LiftChin infringes your copyright, please send our copyright agent a written notice that includes:
Send it to: Copyright Agent, Proudof, MB, Giedraičių g. 39-R53, LT-09302 Vilnius, Lithuania, or contact@liftchin.com with “Copyright notice” in the subject line. We may remove material that we believe infringes, and we close the accounts of people who infringe repeatedly.
You can close your account at any time by e-mailing us; this also cancels your plan as described in section 5.
We may suspend or close an account if its owner seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, for example by sharing access or copying our films. Unless the law or a security risk prevents it, we will tell you why first and give you a chance to put it right.
If we ever stop offering LiftChin altogether, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance and refund any part of a paid period you cannot use.
We may update these terms, for example when the programme or the law changes. We will change the date at the top and, if a change affects you significantly, e-mail you before it applies. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect.
If you live outside the United States, these terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in its courts. If something goes wrong, please e-mail us first; most problems can be sorted out quickly.
This section applies only if you live in the United States. Please read it carefully: it affects how disputes are resolved.
(a) Talk to us first. Before starting any claim, send us a written notice at contact@liftchin.com with your name, the e-mail address on your account, a description of the problem and what you want us to do. We will do the same if we have a claim against you. We both agree to try in good faith to resolve it for 60 days after the notice arrives; during that time, any deadline for bringing the claim is paused.
(b) Binding arbitration. If we cannot resolve it, you and we agree that any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these terms, LiftChin or your purchase (including disputes about whether this agreement to arbitrate is valid or applies) will be settled by binding individual arbitration, and not in court, except as set out in (d). The arbitration will be run by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. It can take place by video or telephone, or in person in the county where you live. For claims under 10,000 US dollars, the arbitrator may decide on written submissions alone unless either of us asks for a hearing. The arbitrator can award the same individual relief a court could, and the award can be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
(c) Costs. We will pay the AAA’s filing, administration and arbitrator fees to the extent they exceed what you would pay to file the claim in court, unless the arbitrator finds that your claim was brought frivolously or for an improper purpose. Each of us pays our own lawyers unless the arbitrator or applicable law decides otherwise.
(d) What does not have to go to arbitration. Either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies, and either of us may go to court to stop the infringement or misuse of intellectual property.
(e) No class actions and no jury. You and we may bring claims against each other only individually, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not combine more than one person’s claims. If a court decides that this class action waiver cannot be enforced for a particular claim, that claim (and only that claim) must be decided in court, not in class arbitration. You and we both give up the right to a jury trial.
(f) Your right to opt out. You can opt out of this arbitration agreement by e-mailing contact@liftchin.com within 30 days of first accepting these terms, with the subject line “Arbitration opt-out” and your name and the e-mail address on your account. Opting out does not affect any other part of these terms.
(g) If we change this section. If we change this section in the future, you may reject the change by e-mailing us within 30 days of it taking effect. A change never applies to a dispute you or we had already given notice of.
(h) Governing law and courts. This section is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. Otherwise, for customers in the United States, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any claim that is not arbitrated will be heard only in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction, except that you may always use small claims court where you live.
(i) California residents. Under California Civil Code section 1789.3, you may contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs in writing at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by telephone at (800) 952-5210.
